At Repêchage®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened or gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our Customer Excellence team at support@repechage.com or call our toll-free number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding initial shipping fees.
